Are your handbags authetic? 

 

All items that are marked as “100% original” are guaranteed original. Money back if proven fake. “NGA” or “Not Guarateed Authentic” Items are items that may or may not be authentic hence self-authentication is advised. We are leaning towards the item being not authentic because of the pricing. 

 

NGA items may be: Authentic, Store-Entry, Mirror Copy, Top Grade, Replica, etc.

 

Can I return my order?

 

We offer 100% money back guarantee if the product is found to be not authentic with proof of certificate, otherwise no returns will be entertained. We’ll give you 14 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. 

 

Can I cancel my order?

 

Strictly no cancellation.

 

When will my order be shipped? 

 

We try our best to ship the items as fast as we can. Shipping schedule is usually 2-3 days upon completion of payment. 

 

Where are your products sourced?

 

We sourced mostly of our products from Japan and from thrift shop selectors in the Philippines. 

 

How can I tell the item condition? 

 

Please manage your expectations and note that all items are PRE-OWNED, hence may come with certain defects and signs of usage as commonly seen in secondhand goods which may NOT be mentioned in the description or taken in photos.

Does your item comes with authenticity certificate?

 

All items do not have inclusions unless stated. If a client wish to have an authenticity certificate, he or she may request it to a third party once he or she received the item.

 

Do you accept consignments?

 

No, we don’t accept consignments for now.

 

What are your mode of payment?

 

We accept payments through BDO, BPI, GCash, and Maya. Paypal via website only.
